CONSTRUCTIONS

The complex is a 4 storey solid, monolithic build with 25cm brick wall, reinforced concrete colons and between-storeys reinforced concrete slab. The loft slab is of reinforced concrete. In order to achieve high quality of the building each slab is covered with 4 cm thermal insulation - fibran. The roof is made of a wooden construction (2 cm), hydro isolation and tiles.

The basis of the building is protected by Italian hydro insulation that goes to approximately 300 cm below ground level. Windows are double glazed PVC.

UTILITY INSTALLATIONS

All main installations are according to the highest quality building standards.

Apartments for sale in finished state include:

  • Rooms: walls and ceilings- ground coat and painted with latex
  • Floors: laminated parquet
  • Kitchens: walls-ground coat and latex, floor-laminated parquet
